Log onto the PayPal site as you normally would. Click the PAY button on the
PayPal site. At this point you have made payment for the SpookMaster patterns.
The next screen will verify that PayPal has sent payment to TruckBucks LLC. Click on
Click here to continue. You will be sent to a screen that begins with
Order Processed Successfully! Click on BACK TO SPOOKMASTER at the
lower part of the screen. You will now be at the subscriber site. Please follow the instructions
when you reach the subscriber site.

immediately since there is no shipping of physical goods.

configuration in your browser that is not compatible with the shopping cart. One error message we are
aware of is ...this usually occurs when a cart_id is not formed correctly in the item variable....
If you receive this error message you have a browser configuration problem and will not be able to
subscribe to SpookMaster with that browser.
Also, the shopping cart might not work if you have cookies disabled on your browser. You might need
to enable cookies at least to a medium high level in order for the shopping cart to work. Please note

After you pay, you are given immediate access to the SpookMaster subscriber site that contains all the
specialty patterns and the Mix n' Match patterns. You can download the patterns to your computer and
print the ones you want. The subscriber site works the same way as the public (free) site. There are
no physical goods so you do not have to wait for shipping.
The process works like this:
- Order by clicking the ORDER NOW button on the

- After you make payment, you will go to a screen that says

SpookMaster will refund your entire purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if
you purchased a subscription and were unable to access the subscriber site for technical reasons, we ask that
you do the following before requesting a refund:

- If you are unable to access the subscriber site in the normal way, please attempt to follow the

- Make sure that your original transaction resulted in a payment to SpookMaster. Please note that it is
possible to make a mistake in the shopping cart or credit card data entry sheet and not be billed, so the

- Once you have followed the troubleshooting tips and still cannot access the subscriber site, please see our

If you have submitted a valid inquiry regarding a refund and SpookMaster is able to determine that a refund
is due, we guarantee that refunds will be issued as soon as possible. Valid refunds are usually issued within one day
and we guarantee that a valid refund request will be processed no later than two weeks after its receipt.
We must be sure that your original transaction was processed properly prior to issuing
credits.
