I AM A SUBSCRIBER AND HAVE TROUBLE ACCESSING THE SUBSCRIBER SITE

1) I Am A Subscriber And I Cannot Remember How To Access The Subscriber Site

Please try the following:

• Look in your folder of bookmarked (or saved) websites. When you subscribed, you should have bookmarked the URL for the subscriber site.
• Look at the email you received from SpookMaster when you subscribed. Near the top of the email, the subscriber site URL can be found next to Visit us often at:.
• In your web browser, review the history file and try to remember the day you last accessed the subscribers site. You can access the subscribers site in the same way.
• If you are asked to submit your email address to access the subscriber site, please see When I Tried to Access the Subscriber Site, It Asked for My Email Address
• If all else fails, please go to our special Subscriber Help page and we will solve your problem immediately.

If this does not resolve your problem, please email us and we will work to solve your problem as soon as possible.

2) When I Tried to Access the Subscriber Site, It Asked for My Email Address

We sometimes change the access to the subscriber site for security purposes. When access is changed, you will be asked to submit your email address into a form that will validate your subscription. Please make sure that the email address is the same as the one you used to subscribe, and also make sure that the email address is typed correctly.

If you cannot access the subscriber site after doing this, please email us and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

3) Did I Do Something Wrong After I Paid

After you pay, you are given immediate access to the SpookMaster subscriber site that contains all the specialty patterns and the Mix n' Match patterns. You can download the patterns to your computer and print the ones you want. The subscriber site works the same way as the public (free) site. There are no physical goods so you do not have to wait for shipping.

When you subscribed, you should have done this:

• Order by clicking the ORDER NOW button on the SUBSCRIBE page.
• After you make payment, you will go to a screen that says Order Processed Successfully!
• On the bottom of the screen click on the Back to SpookMaster link.
• You will be sent to the SpookMaster Subscriber Site.
• Please follow all instructions carefully when you arrive at the Subscriber Site.

If you have paid and did not follow this procedure, please look at the email you received from SpookMaster when you subscribed. Near the top of the email, the subscriber site URL can be found next to Visit us often at:.

If this does not work, please email us and we will work resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
