1) Can I Order Spookmaster From Anywhere In The World

Yes you can! All you need is a Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, or PayPal account and you can subscribe to SpookMaster. You can use a credit card or a debit card to subscribe. You access the subscriber site after you pay, so you get all the subscriber patterns immediately since there is no shipping of physical goods.

2) How Do I Receive The Spookmaster Subscriber Patterns After I Pay

After you pay, you are given immediate access to the SpookMaster subscriber site that contains all the specialty patterns and the Mix n' Match patterns. You can download the patterns to your computer and print the ones you want. The subscriber site works the same way as the public (free) site. There are no physical goods so you do not have to wait for shipping.

The process works like this:

• Order by clicking the ORDER NOW button on the SUBSCRIBE page.
• After you make payment, you will go to a screen that says Order Processed Successfully!
• On the bottom of the screen click on the Back to SpookMaster link.
• You will be sent to the SpookMaster Subscriber Site.
• Please follow all instructions carefully when you arrive at the Subscriber Site.

3) I Have Concerns About Using My Credit Card or Debit Card Online

We understand your concern about sending credit card or debit card information via the internet. That is why we use VeriSign and PayPal, two of the most trusted names in payment processing over the internet.

5) How do I Get the Mix n' Match Patterns

The Mix n' Match patterns are available in an Acrobat file. All users can download or view the free patterns by going to the FREE STUFF page and downloading the Mix n' Match Acrobat file.

Subscriber Mix n' Match patterns can be downloaded on the subscriber site in the same way.

6) Will Spookmaster Add Any New Patterns To The Website, Or Are Any Other Patterns Available

The SpookMaster public site (www.spookmaster.com) contains examples of all patterns available to subscribers. We will add new patterns up until mid-October, so please visit us again before Halloween.

Please remember that the public site does not contain examples of all the individual pieces of the Mix n' Match patterns. The free Mix n' Match Acrobat® file gives more information regarding what is available on the subscriber site.

7) What is SpookMaster's Refund Policy

SpookMaster will refund your entire purchase price if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you purchased a subscription and were unable to access the subscriber site for technical reasons, we ask that you do the following before requesting a refund:

1. Attempt to access the subscriber site in the normal way
2. If you are unable to access the subscriber site in the normal way, please attempt to follow the troubleshooting advice under I Am A Subscriber And Have Trouble Accessing The Subscriber Site
3. Make sure that your original transaction resulted in a payment to SpookMaster. Please note that it is possible to make a mistake in the shopping cart or credit card data entry sheet and not be billed, so the only way to make sure of what you paid SpookMaster is to review your credit card or debit card statement.
4. Once you have followed the troubleshooting tips and still cannot access the subscriber site, please see our special Subscriber Help page and we will provide help immediately.

If you have submitted a valid inquiry regarding a refund and SpookMaster is able to determine that a refund is due, we guarantee that refunds will be issued as soon as possible. Valid refunds are usually issued within one day and we guarantee that a valid refund request will be processed no later than two weeks after its receipt. We must be sure that your original transaction was processed properly prior to issuing credits.
