1) Graphics and Pages Load Slowly
Make sure that your browser's cache is enabled. Enabling the cache allows you to view web pages and
graphics without having to reload the files every time. This saves a bunch of time, especially during
peak demand times.
If you have a low-speed modem (28K, 56K, or similar), the main graphics page will load slowly. Please
be patient.
If you have a high-speed modem (ISDN, DSL, Cable, or similar) we may be experiencing high volume on the
website. If it is due to high volume, speed should improve at other times of the day.
If slow loading graphics continue, try refreshing (or reloading) the web page.

2) Patterns or Pumpkins Do Not Appear When I Select Them
Make sure to click on the small pumpkin to access the pumpkin carving pattern or the enlarged example.
Once you click, the pattern or enlarged example should appear.
If you have a low-speed modem (28K, 56K, or similar), pumpkin carving graphics may load slowly.
Please be patient. If slow loading continues, try refreshing (or reloading) the web page.

3) How do I Get the Mix n' Match Patterns
The Mix n' Match patterns are available in an Acrobat file. All users can download or view the free
patterns by going to the
FREE STUFF page and downloading the Mix n' Match Acrobat file.
Subscriber Mix n' Match patterns can be downloaded on the subscriber site in the same way.

4) I Have Difficulty with the Large Acrobat® File
If you have a low-speed modem (28K, 56K, or similar), the large Acrobat® file will download slowly. Please
be patient.
Note that download times can vary depending on many things such as website traffic and the overall
traffic on the internet. If you are attempting to download the files with a slow modem, the modem can
sometimes time out.
The Acrobat files are best when viewed with Acrobat® Reader 5.0 or newer. Visit the
ACROBAT page to learn
more about Acrobat® and to download the latest version.

Basically, if you are unable to download the large Acrobat® files due to slow modem speed, we suggest you
just go the patterns page (on the public or subscribers site), review the graphics by scrolling down on

read or download pumpkin carving and painting instructions.
The Mix n' Match Acrobat® file is not a large file, so you should be able to download it even with a
low-speed modem.
